Description
Second commission for ! This time the historic couple Pierre Abélard and Heloïse. Feels man, feels! An older and quite famous scholar falls for his intelligent student and after wild passion, scandals and a castration, all that is left is doubt if anything of the love was real.

I think it was quite funny to get a commission of a French couple just as I got back from Paris 8,D I'm slightly mad I didn't read up more on them before going (or knew of them before my other trips to Paris) since I have been to Pere Lachaise cemetery and was quite near it during this trip. It would have been fun to see the grave where they supposedly are buried! *-*
So yeah, another book/compilation of letters I need to read. PLEASE STHAP.
no never staph
I'm quite fond over how Abélard came out iihih

This is so beautiful!
I love it when someone does historical artwork. Fan art of pop culture is awesome, but when someone does fan art of history, it really says something special. Same with art on classic literature. I'm a big history nerd, so this makes me happy. You did so splendidly.
I've always been fascinated by the story of Abélard and Heloïse. Any historic love story is always so interesting, but, then again, history is interesting regardless.
